Clients who use payment plans (Automated Payments or recurring payments) can now benefit from a new report, added on August 11, 2004. This report will allow you to view, print, and save (in comma-delimited format) the information from all your payment plans. To use this report:
  • Log in to your AFG ACH website
  • Click the number beside Active Payment Plans on your Transaction Overview
  • When your grid appears, click the "View as Report" button
  • You will then have the options to:
    • Print the report as previewed
    • Save the Report in comma-delimited text file format
    • Return to your Active Payment Plans grid
